Claire and Liam’s wedding day was perfect with the most beautiful weather, wonderful families and a beautiful bride. It was a pleasure to photograph another family wedding and to be surrounded by so many lovely children. My only problem has been in choosing photos from so many photographic opportunities on the day and it’s going to be fun to choose the photos for the album.

Sam and Collette’s Wedding
Sam and Collette had their wedding at Court Farm in Ditchling, East Sussex in the most perfect summer weather. When i visited their cottage in the morning Collette’s fridge was full of film and a little bit of alcohol.She captured some of the day herself with vintage cameras and an amazing panoramic device. There were lots of artistic details with handmade invitations and favours and the level of organisation wasn’t really surprising at a wedding of two teachers.It was a pleasure to take their wedding photos and i hope they’re having a great honeymoon.

Wedding
My niece, Julie, got married last Saturday and we had a great day despite me having an agonisingly sore back. Her reception was on Lusty Beg and the island experience always makes it feel so different.It was interesting to be a guest at a wedding instead of taking photographs although i still had to take some.

Tadpoles on Clabby Mountain, Co Tyrone
It was a beautiful day today with great sunshine and we took one of the dogs for a walk, only one of them because two of them have got quite old and can’t get into the back of my jeep any more.We’re really blessed to live so close to Clabby Mountain and the light never ceases to amaze me.The combination of the light and wide angle lenses is amazing and the children were delighted to find tadpoles everywhere.
What a Happy Bride
I’m going through photos on my hard drive today and I’m always struck by how happy this bride looked. She really was radiant and her reception was in the Valley Hotel so she had use of the beautiful Blessingbourne estate nearby. It was a beautiful Autumn wedding and her flowers were really beautiful- one of the best bouquets I’ve photographed
